BS Nursing Punjab Nursing Admission 2023

BSN Generic (4 Years Degree Program) in Punjab, Pakistan. The admission is open for both male and female candidates.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Matric with Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects)
• F.Sc (Pre-Medical) with a minimum of 50% marks

Application Deadline:

November 30, 2023

How to Apply:

1. Register yourself on the web portal: http://pnas2.phf.gop.pk/
2. Apply through the online system that will be available from November 13, 2023
3. Pay an amount of Rs. 500/- per form hundred only as a processing fee to be deposited in any branch of the Bank of Punjab through the Cash Management System (CMS) only
4. Submit the online application form along with all the required documents before the deadline

Required Documents:

• Copy of CNC
• Copy of F.Sc (Pre-Medical) certificate
• Copy of Matric certificate
• Copy of domicile certificate

Admission Test:

There will be an admission test conducted by Punjab Health Foundation (PHF) for all the eligible candidates. The test will be held on December 18, 2023.
