About the program:
Engro Enablers is the flagship Graduate Trainee Engineer (GTE) Program that onboards, develops, and empowers fresh talent to become the leaders of tomorrow at Engro.
Engro is Pakistan’s leading conglomerate operating in Fertilizers, Power Generation, Telecom Infrastructure, Petrochemicals, Mining, LNG, and Chemical Storage industries. For around 60 years, Engro has been committed to the vision of an empowered Pakistan.

Graduate Trainee Engineers this year will be placed in our verticals. It is strongly recommended that you are aware of all our businesses and make an informed decision regarding your preference of placement at one of our locations:
1. Engro Fertilizers with placement at the Plant in Daharki
2. Engro Polymers & Chemicals with placement at the Plant at Port Qasim, Karachi
3. Engro Vopak with placement at the Plant at Port Qasim, Karachi
4. Engro Energy with placement at the Plant in Thar & Qadirpur
Eligibility Criteria:
- Only applications of engineering graduates of 2024 will be considered (Master’s students are not eligible to apply)
- Only Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical and Instrument & Electrical, Civil, Mining and Geology engineering disciplines will be considered
- As part of Engro’s DE&I philosophy women and persons with disabilities (PWD) are encouraged to apply
- International candidates are also encouraged to apply for GTE program 2024
