  • Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • Conduct daily customer visits for both new and existing customers (Conventional & Islamic Banking)
    • Achieve assigned deposit targets through new and existing customers (Conventional & Islamic Banking)
    • Create viable product plans as per customer needs and analyze all benefits, risks and costs
    • Achieve cross-sell targets of bank products like consumer assets and insurance products (Conventional & Islamic Banking)
    • Maintain high service quality standards while interacting with customers (Conventional & Islamic Banking)
    • Resolve customer queries and issues in an amicable, efficient and resourceful manner (Conventional & Islamic Banking)
    • Ensure tail management by activation of dormant accounts, digital apps, ATMs and deepening of tail accounts (Conventional & Islamic Banking)
    • Take part in periodic mass customer contact drives/market storming activities or other similar propositions
    • Ensure compliance of Banking laws, instructions, regulations and procedures
    • Maintain all files/documentations and ensure comprehensive records maintenance related to daily business operations
    • Ensure audit requirements and observations related to business are addressed (both internal and external) and implement measures to minimize and curtail recurrence. Also ensure that a shariah compliant environment is maintained at Islamic Banking Windows within the region
    • Ensure all processes are completed within the specified TAT (Turn Around Time)
    • Ensure all 50Ps are followed as per policies and procedures of the Bank
    • Perform any other responsibility assigned by the competent authority from time to time
  • Other Knowledge/Competencies Required

    • Sales management and good interpersonal skills
    • Geographical knowledge of the place of posting
    • Knowledge of banking and products
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in Windows, MS Office & databases
