Wah Region FGEIs Teachers & Clerk, Lab Assistant Internship Program 2024

Due to the modernization of teaching techniques in educational institutions and the training of new and skilled educators and administrative personnel, the Federal Government Educational Institutions (FGEIs) in the Wah region has introduced an Internship Programme for the year 2024. To achieve the proposed goals of the level, the founders of the initiative intended to offer multiple hands-on benefits to the teachers, clerks, and lab assistants within the educational system.

Internship entails practical training whereby people get to learn their roles while performing them in a practical and working educational setting. It will enable interns to fill in the gap by practicing on what they have learned so that we can see them fitting the roles they will be undertaking in the FGEIs better.

There will be structured training sessions accompanied by practice under the guidance of qualified personnel so that the participants would be able to improve their approach to teaching, as well as developing their administrative and practical management of the laboratory skills. The program also stresses the need interns are always learning and should not miss any opportunity to attend workshops, seminars, and any collaborative project.

Furthermore, the internship plays the role of innovation and creativity within the perimeters of education provided in the FGEIs of Wah region. It also outlines vision and goals which state that through development and support of talent and achievement, the program intends to enhance the education quality and learners’ results.
