As a Relationship Officer, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement, responsible for consistent delivery of sales targets while ensuring the highest levels of customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meeting assigned sales goals in line with monthly and annual targets.
Customer Acquisition & Retention: Actively acquiring new customers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Proactively marketing and selling Albaraka's banking products.
Compliance & Regulations: Adhering to the ABPL & SBP AML/CFT policies during account openings, ensuring all accounts comply with regulations. Escalating suspicious activities promptly.
Sales & Marketing: Supporting cross-selling efforts, executing marketing campaigns to increase volumes, and fostering relationships to extend banking facilities.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with Branch Managers to implement promotional activities aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
Additionally, Relationship Officers will play a key role in providing market feedback, ensuring KYC & AML compliance, and following up on exceptions proactively to ensure smooth operations.
