Program Objective
The main goal of this program is to nurture fresh graduates by providing them with in-depth banking training under the guidance of senior managers. Key Responsibilities After Training
✔ Assisting Relationship Managers, Unit Heads, and Team Leaders in daily tasks.
✔ Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
✔ Helping in the development of new banking products and services for SMEs.
✔ Conducting financial and credit analysis for customers.
✔ Coordinating with internal and external auditors and regulatory authorities.
✔ Ensuring compliance with SBP regulations and bank policies.
