Qualification Requirements

Assistant Chief Inspector of Stamps (BS-17):

  • MBA (Finance) / M.Com at least in Second Division from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Candidates with equivalent qualifications may apply if explicitly mentioned.

Inspector of Stamps (BS-16):

  • BBA (Finance) / B.Com / B.Sc with Mathematics or Statistics as a subject (Second Division).

  • After appointment, selected candidates will undergo mandatory training.


Important Application Instructions

  1. Online Fee Submission:
    SPSC has implemented a digital challan system. Candidates must generate a PSID and pay the Rs. 500/- application fee through any online banking channel using the Bill Invoice/Service option.
    (Note: One challan is acceptable for all categories of the same post.)

  2. Online Application Procedure:

    • Fill out all required fields (Domicile, Qualification, Experience, Age, etc.).

    • Submit the application under the “Available Jobs” section.

    • Remember: Once submitted, options cannot be changed after the closing date.

  3. Required Documentation:
    Candidates must possess valid degrees, experience certificates, and supporting documents on or before the closing date.

  4. Government Employees:
    Applicants serving in Government or Semi-Government departments should apply through proper channel.

  5. General Age Relaxation:
    As per Government of Sindh Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II) dated 06-03-2025, general age relaxation is applicable (except for Police Service and Combined Competitive Examination posts).
