Emergency Services Department (ESD), Government of the Punjab is hiring qualified, energetic, and medically fit candidates on a contract basis for various posts at headquarters and districts. Positions include Emergency Officer, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Fire/Disaster Rescuer (FDR), Rescue Driver (LTV), and Field Worker.

Eligibility & Terms

Candidates with vision less than 6/6, color blindness, BMI ≥30, or positive for Hepatitis B & C, HIV, RPR will be disqualified.

Only one post should be applied for, though eligible candidates may be adjusted to other posts by the Recruitment Committee.

No relaxation in age or qualification except 5 years for administrative posts for current ESD employees.

Physical standards: minimum height 5’6”, chest 33”, local residents preferred.

Reservation: 5% minorities, 15% females (Shemales can also apply).
