- Prepare a written application clearly mentioning the post applied for on the top of your application and envelope.
- Attach attested copies of all required documents:
- CNIC
- Domicile Certificate
- Educational Certificates and Transcripts
- Experience Letters (if applicable)
- 2 recent passport-size photographs
- Postal Order of Rs. 300/–500/- (where applicable) in the name of the Commanding Officer of the respective unit
- NOC (for government employees)
- Address the application to the Commanding Officer of the respective Ordnance Unit.
- Send the complete application via registered post or courier. No hand delivery is accepted at most units.
- Submit well before the deadline — applications received after due date will not be entertained.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted via SMS or mobile phone for test/interview.
- No TA/DA will be provided for test or interview at any of the above units.
- Government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC.
