Position 1: Car Mechanic
Qualification & Requirements:
- Gender: Male
- Age Limit: 25 to 40 Years
- Education: Not necessary
- Experience: Relevant hands-on experience as an automobile mechanic. Minimum 3–5 years of experience required.
Roles & Responsibilities – Car Mechanic:
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and engine-related faults in vehicles using appropriate tools and equipment
- Perform repair and maintenance of engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, steering, and other automotive components
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, servicing, oil changes, and preventive maintenance activities
- Identify defective parts and carry out replacement or repair in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Use computerized diagnostic equipment to detect technical issues and ensure accurate troubleshooting
- Test vehicles after repair to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and organized condition
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety procedures and technical standards during all repair activities
- Handle a variety of vehicle models and maintain high-quality workmanship under workshop timelines
Position 2: Car Body Shop Painter
Qualification & Requirements:
- Gender: Male
- Age Limit: 25 to 40 Years
- Education: Not necessary
- Experience: Relevant experience in vehicle body painting and refinishing. Minimum 3–5 years of experience required.
Roles & Responsibilities – Car Body Shop Painter:
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting through sanding, masking, grinding, and cleaning processes
- Mix and match paint colors according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements
- Apply primer, base coat, and finishing paint using spray-painting equipment and painting tools
- Repair minor surface imperfections, scratches, dents, and corrosion before painting
- Perform polishing, buffing, and finishing work to ensure high-quality paint appearance
- Inspect painted surfaces for defects and carry out touch-up work where necessary
- Maintain painting booths, spray guns, and related workshop equipment in proper working condition
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, including proper handling of paints and chemicals
- Coordinate with body repair technicians to complete vehicle refinishing tasks efficiently
