Job Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for welcoming and assisting customers at the branch. This includes completing the Branch Health Checklist as per SQ guidelines, reporting any service issues to the Service Quality team and Branch Manager, and guiding customers to the relevant desk for their required services.
Candidates will also ensure that deposit slips, brochures, and marketing materials are available for customers. They will provide detailed information about Bank Al Habib products and services, resolve routine customer queries, and register complaints in the Complaint Management System while maintaining a proper MIS.
Monitoring branch ambience and service standards, promoting Net Banking (AL Habib Mobile App), Call Center, and other digital channels is also part of the role. Additionally, they will check the complaint box along with the Branch Manager or Operations Manager and ensure complaints are recorded in the system.
Required Skills and Education
Applicants should have strong customer service, coordination, and communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position, with an age limit between 22 to 32 years.
