Height 5 feet 6 inches
Chest 33 to 34.5 inches
Running one mile in 7 minutes 30 seconds
22 push ups in 2 minutes
22 sit ups in 2 minutes
For Female
Height 5 feet 2 inches
Running one mile in 10 minutes
Candidates must be physically fit and medically cleared by ASF medical board.
