Ayub Teaching Hospital Abbottabad, a leading Medical Teaching Institution under MTI Act, 2015, has announced vacancies for clinical and non-clinical positions. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. Positions are offered on contract basis, extendable depending on performance.

Clinical Positions

• Manager Quality Assurance (IPS-6) – 01 Post, Male/Female

• Registrar IBPP Medical/Surgical – 04 Posts, Male/Female, Age up to 40

• Receptionist IBPP – 02 Posts, Female, Age 18-35

Non-Clinical Positions

• Security Guard (IPS-01) – 111 Posts, Male/Female, Age 18-35

• Janitors (IPS-01) – 114 Posts, Male/Female, Age 18-35

Qualification & Experience

Manager Quality Assurance:

• Master in TQM, Business Management, Social Sciences, MBBS + MPH/Health Admin

• 5 years relevant experience

• Preference: CPHQ certification, healthcare survey coordination experience

Registrar (IBPP):

• MBBS or equivalent + 1-year House Job

• Postgraduate training in relevant specialty

• Experience in tertiary care hospital preferred

Receptionist (IBPP):

• Intermediate, typing speed 25 wpm, MS Office skills

• 2 years experience preferred

Security Guards & Janitors:

• SSC or higher, valid registration if applicable

• Preference to retired personnel or experienced candidates

• Physical fitness required: males run 1.6 km in 8 mins, females walk 1.6 km in 15 mins

General Requirements

• Candidates must have valid domicile certificates and CNIC.

• Physical fitness & BMI requirements must be met.

• Quotas: 10% female, 5% disabled, 5% minority.

• Selection based on educational qualifications, experience, physical/written test, and interview.
