<p>Position: Phone Banking Officer</p>



<p>Grades: OG-IV to OG-II</p>

<p>Resolve customer calls and complaints promptly as per SOP.</p>



<p>Maintain proficiency in Bank of Punjab’s products and services.</p>



<p>Deal with customers in a positive and polite manner.</p>



<p>Follow information security and quality standards.</p>



<p>Manage time efficiently and meet set goals.</p>



<p>Report suspicious or fraudulent activities immediately to the supervisor.</p>



<p>Achieve personal and team targets as per performance metrics.</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>Eligibility Criteria</strong></p>



<p>Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.</p>



<p>Age Limit: Maximum 40 years at the time of application.</p>

<p>OG-II: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.</p>



<p>OG-IV / OG-III: Fresh graduates/postgraduates are welcome to apply.</p>
