There is no upper age limit for applying to CTI jobs. Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates can apply.

  • Intermediate Level: 7 Months (01 Oct 2025 – 30 Apr 2026)

Selection Process

Selection Committee

Each college will have a selection committee for CTI recruitment consisting of:

  • Principal of the College (Chairperson)

  • Teacher of the relevant subject (Member)

  • Vice Principal / Senior Most Teacher (Member Secretary)

In case key posts are vacant, the Director of Colleges will nominate a committee.


Important Terms & Conditions

  • CTI placement is temporary and stop-gap only, with no claim to permanent or regular employment.

  • Each CTI will get 2 casual leaves per month.

  • No TA/DA will be given for interviews or joining.

  • Any candidate found using fake documents will have their internship cancelled immediately.

  • After successful completion, CTIs will receive an Experience Certificate.

To continue their placement, CTIs must show:

  • Good pedagogical skills and lesson planning.
