Faysal Bank’s Branch Service Officer will manage the following duties

✔ Cash Handling and Teller Operations
• Perform routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments and money transfers
• Balance daily cash drawer and report discrepancies
• Ensure secure cash management according to bank procedures

✔ Customer Service Support
• Provide courteous and professional service to branch customers
• Resolve queries and guide customers regarding banking services
• Promote products like accounts, cards, and digital banking

✔ Operational and Compliance Responsibilities
