Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals who possess the requisite educational qualification, quota and age to fill the following posts on permanent basis in Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantonments/ Garrisons).

Teaching Staff

Librarian – Male (BPS-15)

• Qualification: Graduate OR Equivalent, with One Year Diploma in Library Sciences (Mandatory).

Elementary School Teacher – Male (BPS-14)

• Qualification: 2nd Class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s (04 years) Degree OR Equivalent from HEC recognized university.

Elementary School Teacher – Female (BPS-14)

Library Assistant – Male (BPS-09)

• Qualification: Matric + Certificate in Library Sciences (Mandatory).

Assistant Librarian – Male (BPS-09)

• Qualification: Matric.

Assistant Librarian – Female (BPS-09)

• Qualification: Matric.

Band Master – Male (BPS-06)

• Qualification: Matric + One Year Diploma in Band/Music from recognized institution (Mandatory).

Sewing Mistress – Female (BPS-06)

• Qualification: Matric + One Year Diploma in Sewing from recognized institution OR Equivalent Professional Qualification.

Non-Teaching Staff

Assistant (BPS-15)

• Qualification: Graduation or Equivalent.

• Must complete 6 weeks basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) from NITB during probation.

Stenotypist (BPS-14)

• Qualification: Intermediate or above.

• Typing speed: 40 WPM.

• Shorthand: 80 WPM (English).

Accountant (BPS-14)

• Qualification: B.Com or Higher Relevant Qualification.

Upper Division Clerk – UDC (BPS-13)

• Qualification: Intermediate or Equivalent.

• Must complete 3 weeks basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) from NITB during probation.

Lower Division Clerk – LDC (BPS-11)

• Qualification: Matric.

• Typing speed: 30 WPM.

• Must complete 3 weeks basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) from NITB during probation.

Laboratory Assistant (BPS-07)

• Qualification: Matric with Science.

Class-IV Staff (On Local Basis)

Driver – Male (BPS-04)

• Quota: Nowshera – 1

• Qualification: Primary Pass.

• Valid Heavy Duty Driving License holder, well versed in traffic rules.

• Age Limit: 18-35 Years.

Dispatch Rider – Male (BPS-04)

• Quota: Rawalpindi – 1

• Qualification: Primary Pass.

• Valid Heavy Duty Driving License holder.

• Age Limit: 18-35 Years.

• Quota: Sindh Rural (Merit) – 1

• Qualification: Matric + Typing 30 WPM.

• Must complete 3 weeks basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) from NITB during probation.

• Age Limit: 18-30 Years.

Driver – Male (BPS-04)

• Quota: Rawalpindi District – 2

• Qualification: Primary Pass + Valid Heavy Duty Driving License.

• Age Limit: 18-35 Years.

Age Relaxation

• 3 Years: Candidates from Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, Tribal Areas, AJK, GB, Sindh Rural, Balochistan.

• 15 Years: Released / Retired Armed Forces Officers or Personnel (or years served, whichever is less).

• 10 Years: Govt servants with 2 years continuous service.

• 10 Years: Persons with Disability.

• 5 Years: Widow/Widower or Son/Daughter of deceased Govt Servant (after 01-07-2005).

• Must bring original documents at interview.
