Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarships 2025 – Apply Online for Punjab HEC Fully Funded Program

The Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) has launched the Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Program 2025, offering 100% tuition fee coverage to deserving students across Punjab. This golden opportunity is aimed at talented students from both science and arts backgrounds, ensuring equal access to higher education without financial barriers.

The last date to apply is 15th September 2025, so eligible students are encouraged to apply early and secure their chance for a fully funded education.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Honhaar Scholarship 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• No age limit for applicants.

• Must have domicile of Punjab province.

• No gender restriction – both male and female students can apply.

• Monthly family income:

  • Less than Rs. 350,000 for Public Sector HEIs.

  • Less than Rs. 500,000 for Federal/Private Sector HEIs.
    (Affidavit on E-Stamp is required – sample available for download)

• Must be enrolled in the 1st semester/year of selected disciplines in 2025.

• Students enrolled in MBBS or BDS in 2025 are also eligible.

• Scholarships will be awarded on merit based on academic performance.

Minimum marks requirement in FSc./Intermediate:

• Public Sector Universities/Colleges: ≥ 70% for Sciences, ≥ 65% for Arts/Social Sciences.

• MBBS/BDS (Public Medical/Dental Colleges): ≥ 80%.

• Federal/Private Universities: ≥ 70% for Sciences, ≥ 65% for Arts/Social Sciences.

• HED Colleges: ≥ 65% for Sciences, ≥ 60% for Arts.

Merit will be calculated as: Matric 30% + Intermediate 70%.

Scholarship Benefits

The Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship covers:

• 100% tuition fee for selected students.

• Available for both public and private sector universities recognized by PHEC.

3. Fill in Educational Details including marks and degrees.

4. Enter Socio-Economic Details along with income affidavit.

5. Submit the application before 15th September 2025.
