Meezan Bank, Pakistan’s premier Islamic bank with a network of over 1,100 branches in more than 350 cities, is seeking applications for its Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) Batch 2026 in the Corporate and Commercial Banking Department. This program is specifically designed for fresh graduates eager to start a career in Islamic banking and corporate finance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance from an HEC-recognized university. Master’s or MBA is preferred. Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an advantage.
- Age Limit: Up to 26 years as of March 31, 2026. An additional 2-year relaxation is allowed for Hafiz-e-Quran, Dars-e-Nizami/Shahadat ul Almiyah holders with HEC equivalency, and differently-abled persons.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are eligible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing credit proposals for new and existing clients
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth execution of funded and non-funded transactions
- Supporting Relationship Managers in maintaining and expanding the customer portfolio
- Ensuring compliance with Shariah, trade compliance, legal, and credit guidelines
- Actively engaging clients to cross-sell Meezan Bank’s products and services
Skills Required:
- Understanding financial statements, cash flows, and corporate finance concepts
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of self-motivation in a competitive environment
- Sales, presentation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of general banking processes and Islamic financing products
