Position: Call Center Officer
Location: Karachi
Department: Customer Support
Job Type: Bank Contract (Full Time)

Meezan Bank provides 24 by 7 customer support and the Call Center Officer plays a key role in delivering an excellent service experience to customers by addressing banking related queries through phone calls.


Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university
• Age limit up to 30 years
• Fresh graduates can apply, although candidates with relevant call center or customer support experience will be preferred
• Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage

Age relaxation 2 years for:

• Hafiz e Quran
• Candidates who have completed Dars e Nizami or Shahadat Ul Alamiyah with HEC equivalency
• Differently abled persons


Skills Required

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and in rotational shifts
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally
• Coordination with nationwide branches and various head office departments


Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer banking requests over the phone
• Providing accurate information regarding products and services
• Logging and processing complaints for quick resolution
• Ensuring strong follow up and customer satisfaction
