Eligibility Criteria

All applicants must be retired personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan.

Candidates must be physically fit and capable of performing security duties.

Educational qualification and rank requirements vary by post (Subedar, Naik, Sepoy, Havaldar, SSG qualified, etc.).

Maximum age limits range from 40 to 52 years, depending on the position.
Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:

Security of NACTA Headquarters, including gates and boundary walls.

Monitoring visitors, vehicles, and employees entering or leaving the premises.

Handling modern security systems and ensuring strict implementation of SOPs.

Performing commando and intelligence-based security duties.

Preventing any external interference in NACTA operations.
Contract Duration

The initial contract will be for two years, extendable up to eight years.

Either party (NACTA or the selected official) may terminate the contract with one month’s notice.
