NAVTTC OGDC Free Technical Training 2026

Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDC) in collaboration with National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), under the Prime Minister Youth Program, has announced a fully funded 3 month technical training program for youth belonging to OGDC operational and less developed areas.

Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

This initiative aims to provide employable skills and practical training to help youth build sustainable careers.

Offered Technical Courses

Selected candidates can enroll in one of the following trades:

• E Commerce & Digital Marketing

• Advanced HVACR

• Fashion Designing & Dress Making

• Industrial Electrician & Solar PV Technician

• Plumber & Pipe Fitting

• Advanced Welding

• Hospitality Expert, Professional Chef

• Auto Mechanic

These courses are designed according to modern industry standards and market demand.

Training Venue

NAVTTC Centre of Excellence in Modern Technologies
Plot No 39, Kirthar Road, H 9/4, Islamabad

The centre has modern labs, qualified instructors and industry level equipment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age between 18 to 30 years

• Minimum qualification Matric

• Candidate must have permanent and temporary address of the relevant district as per CNIC and domicile

Facilities for Selected Trainees

This is a fully funded program by OGDC including:

• Tuition fee

• Training and consumable cost

• Certification

• Boarding and lodging

• Messing

• Monthly stipend of Rs 5000

• Total travel allowance of Rs 15000

The program also includes soft skills training, industrial exposure and recreational activities.
