About the Position: HR Officer (OG-III)

Eligibility Criteria for NBP HR Officer Jobs 2025

Education Required:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a university or institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

  • Candidates with a Master’s degree or professional HR certifications will be preferred.

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Candidates with at least one year of relevant HR experience will be given preference.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 35 years as on the last date of application submission.


Job Responsibilities and Duties

As an HR Officer at NBP, selected candidates will perform a variety of HR-related tasks to support the bank’s strategic goals. Key duties include:
