<p>PNSC operates under the ;<strong>Ministry of Maritime Affairs</strong> ;and is listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange. <li><strong>Education:</strong><br>BBA, MBA, BE (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer, Software, Mechatronics, Naval Architecture),<br>Bachelor/Master in Mass Communication, Media Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Law (LLB),<br>CA (CAF Passed), ACMA/ACCA (Qualified or Finalist), Insurance, Risk Management, Actuarial Sciences, Accounting &; Finance</li>



<li><strong>Minimum Marks/CGPA:</strong> 60% or 2.5 out of 4.0</li>



<li><strong>Age Limit:</strong> Maximum 25 years</li>



<li><strong>Institution:</strong> HEC-recognized institutes only</li>
</ul>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size">Program Structure</h3>



<p>Initially, selected individuals will be placed as ;<strong>Interns</strong> ;for a period of ;<strong>one year</strong>. Based on their performance, they may be promoted to the ;<strong>Management Trainee</strong> ;role for another year. This two-tier system ensures that only high-performing individuals progress into long-term career tracks.</p>
