Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDC) is offering a one-year intensive Management Trainee Program 2026 for female graduates. This program aims to develop future leaders and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in Pakistan’s energy sector.
Disciplines Eligible:

Engineering: Petroleum & Gas, Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Computer, Systems, Environmental

Other Fields: Management Sciences (HR, Accounting & Finance, Commerce, Marketing, Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain), Environmental Sciences, Law, Media Studies, Geology, Geophysics, Computer Science, Chemistry
Eligibility Criteria:

Gender: Female

Age Limit: 26 years

Education: 16 years of education (Bachelor/Master as per discipline)

CGPA 2.50 or 1st Division (60% & above) where CGPA is not applicable

Only candidates with final results announced by 30 June 2026 will be eligible

Foreign degrees must provide an equivalence certificate
Selection & Training:

Written test conducted by IBA Karachi at designated centers

Comprehensive one-year training program
-
Full-time contract offered upon successful completion based on performance

No TA/DA for test or interview
