All degrees must be from HEC-recognized universities or Board-recognized institutions
First division (1st class) in the final degree is mandatory for all posts
Only one second division allowed in the entire academic career from Matric onwards (except post #13)
No third division allowed at any level
First class = minimum 60% marks (annual) or CGPA 2.5/4.0 (semester)
Second class = minimum 50% marks (annual) or CGPA 2.0/4.0 (semester)
Age Relaxation
Ex-government officials and ex-servicemen who meet the eligibility criteria may be granted age relaxation as per government rules. Age is calculated on the closing date of applications.
Contract Terms
Selected candidates will be offered an initial 2-year contract, which is extendable based on performance. All posts are Islamabad-based, and interviews/tests will be held at the IST Islamabad campus only.
Who Is NOT Eligible to Apply?
Non-citizens of Pakistan
Dual nationality holders
Ex-employees of NCA organizations who resigned from service
Persons dismissed or removed due to disciplinary action
Persons convicted by a competent court or NRO beneficiaries

NOC from current employer (for serving government employees)
