2 Nursing Director 10 01 40–65 BSc Nursing (recognized by Pakistan Nursing Council) + Postgraduate qualification in nursing or healthcare management (MSc Nursing, MPhil, MBA Health Management, or Clinical Nursing Leadership) + Minimum 15 years experience after BSN/General Nursing with at least 5 years in a nursing leadership role. Tenure: 4 years.
3 Finance Director 10 01 40–65 If available: Master’s (16 years) in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration from HEC + CA/ACCA/CMA/CPA preferred + Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing + At least 5 years in senior leadership role (Finance Director/CFO) OR 7 years as Deputy Treasurer/Deputy Director Finance.If none available: Bachelor’s (14 years) + CA/ACCA/CMA/CPA + Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in financial management + At least 7 years in senior leadership role. Tenure: 4 years.
4 Director Research 09 01 35–65 MBBS with MD/MS or FCPS or MRCP with CCT/Board Certified Cardiology USA or M.Phil or PhD or other equivalent qualification + At least 5 years experience in research + At least 10 publications in National and International Journals + Experience in International researches (at least two) as Principal Investigator/research coordinator.

13 Laundry Manager 04 01 22–35 FSc (First Division) from recognized board with diploma in CSSD/OTT or equivalent from recognized board/Punjab Medical Faculty. If none is available: Matric (First Division) with diploma in CSSD/OTT or equivalent + 2 years relevant experience.

Eligibility Conditions
