The Communication & Works (C&W) Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, under the KP-RAP Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Peshawar, has announced fresh recruitment through ETEA (Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency). The vacancies are available on a one-year contract basis, extendable based on satisfactory performance until the completion of the project.

The following positions are available in the KP-RAP Project (C&W Department Peshawar):

1. Assistant Director Legal (BPS-17)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Age Limit: 25–40 years

• Qualification/Experience:

  • Bachelor in Law from an internationally recognized institution

  • License to practice law (preferably with donor-funded projects)

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with law firms, financial institutions, or development organizations

  • Strong understanding of World Bank legal guidelines

  • Excellent communication skills in English

2. Office Assistant (BPS-16)

• No. of Posts: 02

• Age Limit: 21–32 years

• Qualification:

  • At least a Second-Class Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university

3. Accounts Assistant (BPS-16)

• No. of Posts: 02

• Age Limit: 21–32 years

• Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent

  • 3 years’ relevant field experience

4. Computer Operator (BPS-16)

• No. of Posts: 07

• Age Limit: 22–30 years

• Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Information Technology (BCS/BIT – 4 years)

  • OR Bachelor’s Degree with One-Year IT Diploma from recognized Technical Board

5. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

• No. of Posts: 04

• Age Limit: 18–30 years

• Qualification:

  • Intermediate or equivalent

  • Typing speed: 30 words per minute

6. Driver (BPS-05)

• No. of Posts: 02

• Age Limit: 21–35 years

• Qualification/Experience:

  • Primary/Middle pass

  • Valid LTV/HTV license

  • At least 5 years’ driving experience

📋 Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Candidates must possess the required qualifications by the closing date.

2. ETEA Test: Screening test will be conducted by ETEA, and shortlisting will be based on merit.

3. Provisional Admission: Candidates will be allowed to sit in the ETEA test provisionally. Detailed scrutiny will follow later.

4. Multiple Posts: Apply separately for each position with separate fee deposit.

5. Documents: Do not send documents to ETEA at the initial stage. Only shortlisted candidates will provide attested copies during scrutiny.

6. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for tests/interviews.

7. Foreign Degrees: Must be verified by HEC.

8. Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease or cancel vacancies.

6. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) for future reference.

7. Download your Roll Number Slip from the ETEA website (notification via SMS).

8. Appear for the screening test on the given date, time, and venue.
