Educational Qualifications Required

  • Project Director / Deputy Project Director: MSc or BSc in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university with 7–10 years of relevant project planning and execution experience
  • Deputy Director (Engineering) / Assistant Director (Engineering): BSc Civil Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant experience in planning, designing, and execution
  • Sub-Engineer: Diploma of Associate Engineer (Civil) with 2 years of experience

Finance & Accounts Posts

  • Assistant Director (Accounts/Finance): CA Inter / ACCA / MBA Finance (2nd Division) with at least 2 years of experience as Revenue Officer in Government or Autonomous bodies
  • Accountant: Graduation (2nd Division) with 3 years of experience in a line in a public/private organization

Administration & Legal Posts

  • Administrator / Administrative Officer: Master’s Degree (2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized university
  • Legal Assistant: Graduation (2nd Division) with LLB / Semi qualification and 2 years’ experience
  • Assistant Director (Lands): CA Inter / Master’s Degree in Accounts / Finance / Commerce with 2 years’ experience as Revenue Officer

Clerk Requirements

  • Secondary School Certificate (SSC) 2nd Division
  • Typing speed of 25 words per minute in English
  • Proficient in MS Office and composite office application
  • Preference for those who also type Urdu at 25 wpm
