Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) from an HEC recognized institute

CGPA at least 2.5 out of 4 or 60% marks

Customer Services Officer (Consumer Banking Group – Taqwa Islamic Banking)
Grade: Band 13 / Band 12
Location: Pan Pakistan
Positions: Multiple
Key Responsibilities:

Account opening and AML/CDD compliance

Maintain customer profiles and documentation

Handle dormant and unclaimed accounts

Achieve deposit and cross sales targets

Promote digital banking channels

Deliver high quality customer service
Requirements:

Minimum Graduation from an HEC recognized university

Candidates with 1 year relevant experience will have an advantage

Personal Banking Officer (Consumer Banking Group – Taqwa Islamic Banking)
