Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) from an HEC recognized institute
CGPA at least 2.5 out of 4 or 60% marks
Maximum age: 27 years
Candidates from Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related fields are encouraged to apply

Available Positions
Customer Services Officer (Consumer Banking Group – Taqwa Islamic Banking)
Grade: Band 13 / Band 12
Location: Pan Pakistan
Positions: Multiple
Key Responsibilities:
Account opening and AML/CDD compliance
Maintain customer profiles and documentation
Handle dormant and unclaimed accounts
Achieve deposit and cross sales targets
Promote digital banking channels
Deliver high quality customer service
Requirements:
Minimum Graduation from an HEC recognized university
Fresh graduates may apply
Candidates with 1 year relevant experience will have an advantage
Age limit: Up to 30 years
Personal Banking Officer (Consumer Banking Group – Taqwa Islamic Banking)
Focus on relationship management and deposit growth
Generate leads and ensure efficient product delivery
Improve customer experience and activate dormant relationships
Differently Abled Persons (DAP) Batch 2026
