Eligibility Conditions
- Candidates must be domicile holders of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Vacancies are distributed across Zones I to VI — apply only for the zone matching your domicile.
- Age relaxation is available as per existing government rules (ex-servicemen, minorities, etc.).
- Government employees must apply through the proper channel with NOC.
- If applying for more than one post, submit a separate application and separate fee for each post.
- For foreign degrees, an HEC equivalence certificate is mandatory.

- Create your profile on the ETEA website if you don’t already have one.
- Before applying, print the E-Sahulat Token from the ETEA website and get your CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk). Without this verification, you cannot apply.
- Fill in the online application form accurately for your chosen post.
- After successful submission, a deposit slip with token number and project code will be generated — print it.
- Pay the prescribed (non-refundable) test fee through:
- Easypaisa App or Agent
- Any UBL Bank branch
- Keep the original deposit slip (with bank stamp) safely — do not share it.
- Do NOT send documents to the ETEA office. Documents will only be required from candidates who qualify the screening test.
- You will receive your Roll No. Slip via SMS — download and print it from etea.edu.pk.
- Test date, time, and venue will be printed on your Roll No. Slip. No separate call letter will be issued.

- Do not use a ported or converted mobile number when registering — it may cause SMS delivery issues.
