Eligibility Criteria – Key Posts
Assistant Manager (Sports) – Rs. 90,000/month
Graduation or equivalent 14 years of education (Minimum 2nd Division or 3.00 CGPA) from an HEC-recognized University with at least 8 years of experience in Coaching, Training, and Managing.
Assistant Manager (Marketing) – Rs. 90,000/month
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 16 years education in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (Minimum 1st Division or 3.00 CGPA) from an HEC-recognized University with 3 years post-qualification hands-on experience in the marketing field. Preference for candidates with expertise in brand management, social media, and digital marketing.
Assistant Manager (IT) – Rs. 90,000/month
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field (Minimum 1st Division or 3.00 CGPA) from an HEC-recognized University with 3 years post-qualification hands-on experience in IT. Preference for candidates with expertise in software or web development.
Senior Gym Coach (Male / Female) – Rs. 75,000/month
Graduation or equivalent 14 years education (at least 2nd Division) from HEC-recognized University and a University/District/Provincial Level Player with 10 years of experience, or Matric/Intermediate from recognized Board with exposure as a national/international player with 10 years’ experience.
Sports Coaches (Swimming, Tennis, Squash, Basketball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Snooker) – Rs. 60,000/month
Intermediate and exposure as a University/District/Provincial Level Player with 3 years of experience, or Matric from recognized Board with exposure as a national/international player with 3 years’ experience. Note for Female Swimming Coach: The condition of being a player may be relaxed if the female has ample coaching experience with relevant certifications.
Junior Gym Coach (Male / Female) – Rs. 50,000/month
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 16 years education in Sports Sciences, Physical Education, Nutrition or related field from HEC-recognized University. Relevant certifications in fitness training, strength & conditioning will be preferred.
Life Guard (Male / Female) – Rs. 50,000/month
Selected Swimmer of District at least Primary Literate, or Selected Swimmer registered with Sports Board Punjab / Swimming Association.
Maintenance Incharge – Rs. 60,000/month
Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in relevant field. Age: 35–45 years.
Caretaker – Rs. 60,000/month
Matric with at least 8 years of experience in taking care of establishments, installations, and infrastructures.
Technician & Electrician – Rs. 50,000/month each
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical, or Matriculate with at least 10 years of experience in a reputed private sector organization or Sports Club.
Khadim-e-Masjid – Rs. 55,000/month
Hafiz-e-Quran with good recitational/tajweed skills. Preferably Dars-e-Nizami with 5 years of experience looking after a mosque. Age: 35–50 years.
