Place of Posting – Cities

Selected candidates will be posted at one of the following cities across Pakistan. Candidates must serve at their initial place of posting for a minimum of three years, and no transfer requests will be entertained.

Eligibility Criteria

Education / Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international University / College / Institute recognized by HEC of Pakistan.
  • Candidates having a Master’s degree in business and/or professional certifications such as AIBP, JAIBP will be preferred.

Age:

  • Maximum 28 years as on the last date of submission of application.

Experience:

  • Minimum 01 year of banking experience in Sales and/or Relationship Management.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new SME clients to grow the Bank’s SME lending portfolio.
  • Develop and execute a client acquisition strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Promote the Bank’s financing products, including working capital, trade finance, and term loans.
  • Manage and enhance existing client relationships to ensure portfolio retention and growth.
  • Regularly review the financial health and performance of clients to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct periodic client visits and provide updates on portfolio performance.
  • Analyze financial statements and business models of SME clients to assess creditworthiness.
  • Structure and recommend appropriate financing solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit proposals in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure credit facilities are approved within the risk appetite of the Bank.
  • Monitor accounts for early warning signals and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide seamless client service.
  • Achieve financial and non-financial targets, including revenue, portfolio growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the Bank’s overall strategy by meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

Required Knowledge & Competencies

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet assigned targets.
  • Basic understanding of banking products and services, with exposure to Commercial and SME Banking.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the assigned area and surrounding business area.
  • Sound knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations and regulatory requirements related to Commercial & SME lending.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong sales orientation with the ability to identify business opportunities and achieve assigned targets.
  • Strong understanding of Credit Lending, SME Financing, and Trade Finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
