PERA Jobs 2026 Punjab | Sergeant Driver BS-07 Vacancies Apply Online

The Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA), Government of the Punjab, has officially announced career opportunities for 2026 under the Punjab Enforcement & Regulation Act, 2024. PERA has been established to strengthen enforcement of special laws across Punjab and ensure transparency, discipline, and effective governance.

PERA is inviting applications from qualified, dynamic, and physically fit male and female candidates for the post of Sergeant Driver (BS-07). This is a large scale recruitment drive with 500 vacancies across different districts of Punjab, making it one of the most significant government job opportunities of 2026.

Post Details

• Post Name: Sergeant Driver

• Nature of Job: Regular Government Job

• Allowance: Special PERA Allowance (not admissible during training period)

• Posting: Anywhere in Punjab, preferably within concerned district

• Domicile: Punjab only

• Age Limit: 18 to 26 years

Educational Qualification

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (FA, FSc or equivalent)

• Must be from a recognized Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education

• Valid Driving License of Motorcar, Jeep, or LTV is mandatory

No relaxation in age, education, or physical standards will be allowed, even for government servants.

Physical Standards

For Male Candidates

• BMI: 27 or below

• Height without shoes: 173 cm

• Chest:

  • Non expanded: 32 inches

  • Expanded: 34 inches or above

  • Minimum 2 inches expansion required

• One mile running: Maximum 7 minutes

• Eyesight: 6 by 6 with glasses allowed

• Color blind candidates are not eligible

For Female Candidates

• BMI: 27 or below

• Height without shoes: 162 cm

• One mile running: Maximum 11 minutes

• Chest measurement: Not applicable

• Eyesight: 6 by 6 with glasses allowed

PERA has announced vacancies in almost all districts of Punjab, including Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, DG Khan, Sialkot, Sheikhupura, Kasur, Okara, Rahim Yar Khan, Jhang, Vehari, Mianwali, Chakwal, Attock, Narowal, Hafizabad, Layyah, Rajanpur, Taunsa, Murree, Kot Addu, Bhakkar, Pakpattan, Lodhran, Nankana Sahib, Toba Tek Singh, Chiniot, Khanewal, Wazirabad, Gujrat, Talagang, Jhelum, and many others.

Merit will be calculated on district cadre basis.

3. Complete your profile with Matric and Intermediate details

4. Apply online for Sergeant Driver BS-07

5. Upload required documents

   • Photograph with white background

   • CNIC front and back

   • Digitally issued domicile

   • Driving license

   • Police verification certificate (optional)

6. After verification, download challan and pay fee via PayZen using PSID

7. After fee payment, you will receive identification slip for physical test
