Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), a progressive Government of Punjab organization with a mission to develop a world-class city along River Ravi, has launched its Young Leadership Program (YLP) 2026. This 6-month paid program is specifically designed for fresh graduates across multiple disciplines including Engineering, Law, IT, Finance, HR, and more. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 60,000/- and gain hands-on professional exposure in a high-impact government organization.
Applications must be submitted through the National Testing Service (NTS) website at www.nts.org.pk. The last date to apply is June 26, 2026. All positions are Lahore-based and no accommodation or TA/DA will be provided.

Eligibility Criteria
- 📚 Education: Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
- 🎓 CGPA / Marks: Minimum CGPA 3.00 or minimum 70% marks
- 📅 Age: Maximum 25 years (age calculated on last date of application submission)
- 📄 Candidates must hold a completed degree at the time of submission of application
How to Apply – Step-by-Step
- Visit the National Testing Service (NTS) official website: www.nts.org.pk
- Find the RUDA Young Leadership Program 2026 application form and fill it in completely online.
- Pay the prescribed application fee of Rs. 650/- in favour of National Testing Service through any of the following:

- Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash / TCS Express Counter
Use the 20-digit invoice number generated in your fee slip. Only one bill invoice payment will be accepted.
- Submit the duly filled application form along with the deposit slip online before the deadline.
- Last date for submission of online application: 26th June 2026.
- The date of the written test will be communicated to eligible / shortlisted candidates via email and SMS by NTS.
- Roll number slips will be uploaded on the NTS website and the test schedule will be conveyed by NTS at least one week before the test.
- At the time of interview, candidates must produce original documents along with a set of attested photocopies of all relevant documents.
Important: Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained. Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
