Punjab Police Telecommunication Department has announced recruitment for Constables, Lady Constables (as Wireless Operators), Mechanic Constables, and Driver Constables. These vacancies are open for candidates holding domicile of specific districts of Punjab and meeting the required eligibility criteria.

Selected candidates will be appointed in the Telecommunication Wing of Punjab Police in districts including Lahore, Sheikhupura, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hafizabad,Wazirabad, Rawalpindi, Jehlum, Murree, Sargodha, Multan, Khanewal, and Rahim Yar Khan.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Constable / Lady Constable (Wireless Operator) 18 to 22 years
Mechanic Constable 18 to 22 years
Driver Constable 21 to 30 years
Height Requirement
Male candidates minimum height 5 feet 7 inches
Female candidates minimum height 5 feet 2 inches
Chest (for male candidates only)
Wireless Operator: Minimum 33 x 34½ inches
Mechanic Constable: Minimum 33 x 34½ inches
Driver Constable: Minimum 34 x 35½ inches
Education
Wireless Operator: Higher Secondary School Certificate (Science) or Diploma of Associate Engineering in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical with at least 50% marks from a recognized board.
Driver Constable: Matric (Science) with at least 50% marks, valid LTV driving license, and minimum 2 years driving experience.
Physical Test
Male: 1.6 km running in 7 minutes
Female: 1.6 km running in 10 minutes
Quota
15% reserved for females
5% reserved for minorities
10% reserved for ex-servicemen
Application Procedure
Application forms can be downloaded from the official Punjab Police website www.punjabpolice.gov.pk. Submit the filled application form along with attested copies of educational certificates, domicile, CNIC, and deposit slip of Rs. 300/- (form fee) at the office of SSP Telecommunication, Punjab, Lahore (Qurban Lines, Lahore) between 11 August 2025 and 25 August 2025.
Selection Process
Candidates will undergo physical measurement, written test, driving test (for driver constables), and interview. Medical examination will be conducted for final shortlisted candidates. Any candidate found with fake documents, criminal record, or false affidavit will be disqualified and legal action will be taken.
Important Notes
No relaxation in age, height, chest, education, or experience will be given.
Employees of government or semi-government departments must apply through proper channel with NOC.
Recruitment can be canceled at any stage without assigning any reason.
