Senior Teachers (Subjects: Computer, Physics, Mathematics)
Junior Teachers (Female) – Subjects: General Science, Montessori/Prep trained
Eligibility Criteria
For Senior Teachers:
Qualification: MA, MSc, MS, BA, BSc, BS in the relevant subject
Additional: B.Ed or M.Ed is mandatory
Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications and relevant experience
For Junior Teachers:
Qualification: BA, BSc, BS
Additional: B.Ed or a one-year Montessori Diploma
Preference will be given to experienced and trained candidates
Ineligibility Conditions
Candidates will not be considered if they:
Were previously removed or dismissed from a government or private institution
Were removed from any Fazaia institution due to discipline or misconduct
Have a history of financial embezzlement, criminal offense, or moral misconduct
Cannot produce a valid NOC from the previous employer (if required)
Pay Package and Benefits

Upon successful completion of the probation period, candidates may join either Provident Fund or Gratuity Scheme
Employment is contract-based, renewable annually based on performance
