Eligibility Criteria
Each position has different educational and experience requirements. Here are some key highlights:
Assistant Private Secretary: FA/BA with office diploma and shorthand speed of 100 w.p.m. (relaxable to 90 w.p.m.) plus 5 years’ experience.
Protocol Officer: BA/BSc with 5 years’ experience handling government and protocol duties.
Documentation Officer: MA/BA/B.Ed with experience in printing and filing work.
Mess Officer: BA/BSc or Diploma in Nutrition with 5 years’ experience managing mess or canteen.
Computer Operator: BCS/BCSE/ICS with 5 years’ experience in LAN/WAN and troubleshooting.
Clerical Positions (UDC/LDC): FA/FSc with typing speed of 30–40 w.p.m. and computer literacy.
Technical & Support Posts: Matric or Primary education with relevant practical experience (Electrician, Cook, Driver, Mess Waiter, Chowkidar, etc.).
Age Relaxation Policy
As per Government of Pakistan rules, age relaxation is allowed for:
Candidates from Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, Tribal Areas, AJK, and Northern Areas (3 years).
Candidates from Sindh (Rural) and Balochistan for posts up to BPS-15 (3 years).
Ex-servicemen (15 years or as per service duration).
Government employees with 2+ years of continuous service (5 years).
Widows, sons, and daughters of deceased government employees (5 years).
Disabled candidates applying for BPS-15 and below (10 years).
Note: Age relaxation can be availed under one category only.
