Health & Population Department Punjab Jobs 2025
The Health & Population Department, Government of Punjab has announced a large-scale recruitment drive for 2025 under the development project titled “Directorate of Provincial Healthcare Service Monitoring & Evaluation System”. These positions are being offered on a contract basis under the Punjab Recruitment Policy 2022. Eligible candidates can apply online through the National Testing Service (NTS).
Available Positions
1. Surveillance Assistant (PPS-05)
Total Posts: 330
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
Qualification: Graduation (14 years of education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent with at least second division from an HEC-recognized university
Other Requirements: Working knowledge of IT equipment (tablet, computer) is essential
2. Monitoring Assistant (PPS-05)
Total Posts: 98
Age Limit: Up to 50 years
Qualification: Graduation (14 years of education) with at least second division
Experience: Minimum one year verifiable experience in survey/data collection from a recognized organization
Other Requirements:
Working knowledge of IT equipment
Valid motorcycle driving license is mandatory
Candidates can choose two preferred districts for posting
Eligibility & Quotas
Only candidates with Punjab domicile are eligible
Quotas for women, minorities, and special persons apply
Transgender candidates are encouraged to apply
Disabled candidates must provide a disability certificate from the District Standing Medical Board
General Terms & Conditions
All positions are post-specific and non-transferable
No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview
Applicants already in government service must apply through proper channel
Only degrees from HEC-recognized institutions will be accepted
The department reserves the right to increase/decrease vacancies or cancel the recruitment process without prior notice
