The appointment is purely part-time, time-bound, honorary, or contract-based for 6 months.

Teachers will work in their own district, tehsil, or union council where they permanently reside.

The selected teacher must arrange one room of suitable size for the Adult Literacy Center (ALC) in coordination with the concerned Literacy Mobilizer.

Teachers will be assigned to different categories of ALCs such as General, Health, Agriculture, Livestock, Prison, and Mines & Minerals.

Applications must be submitted online before 18.10.2025 (Saturday).

After selection, each teacher will be responsible for registering a group of 25 to 30 adult learners (age 16+) on the NFEMIS Portal in coordination with the Literacy Mobilizer.
